Meet Teddy! This little Papillon is no stranger to fresh starts. Despite facing multiple challenges, he greets each new chapter with calm confidence, making you believe everything will work out. After being adopted from a shelter, Teddy faced the disappointment of being returned, simply for being a male dog learning his new environment. He quickly won his way into the hearts of his foster family, demonstrating his easygoing nature and love for leisurely walks. Joy radiates when he hears the word 'walk,' and he struts down the sidewalk as if he owns the place. Teddy enjoys peaceful naps and loves to keep his humans company in a relaxed way. After a grooming session, he transformed from adorably frazzled to a clean-cut gentleman with a charming, laid-back demeanor. Though he’s not a full-time lap dog, Teddy expresses affection by leaning against you or resting his head gently on your leg before going about his day. He thrives in the company of friendly dogs, cats, and respectful people and is ready for a forever home where he can finally settle down. Teddy's past has given him some hearing loss, and a gentle approach is best when interacting with him. He is house-trained and walks beautifully on a leash. While he exhibited marking behavior in the past, this has been easily managed in his foster home. Teddy is looking for a comfortable space to call home where he can relax, enjoy quiet moments, and experience stability for the rest of his life.
