Meet Heidi, a lovely 6-year-old Hound mix hailing from Tennessee. Shortly, she’ll be making her way to New England at no extra travel cost. You’ll have the chance to chat with her caring foster while she waits for her forever home. Heidi is a sweet girl who enjoys being around people and happily greets strangers. While she tends to be more of a chill companion who doesn’t mind lounging with other dogs, she prefers a calmer environment as she’s not keen on loud noises like thunder or fireworks. Ideally, a quiet home would suit her best. Heidi also likes to keep her belongings close, so she’ll thrive as the only dog in her new family. Although she knows how to walk on a leash, Heidi would rather be carried for a piggy-back ride around town or in the yard. She’ll need a bit of patience during her transition as she gets used to her new home and potty routine, but she’s ready to shower her family with love. All pets are vaccinated and altered.
