Although she has a gentle demeanor, she could use some supportive patience as she settles into her new environment.

Coco Jones is a delightful young cat with a gentle and easy-going nature. This glossy black beauty is still in her teenage years and loves to cuddle once she gets comfortable with you. She initially appreciates a little alone time but eagerly seeks out affection, welcoming hugs and kisses before you head out for the day. When it's playtime, her energy shines through, especially with her rope stick toy or while climbing her cat tree, where she often displays her charming chirps. Although Coco has only been with Austin Pets Alive! for a short while, she has shown to be friendly with men, women, kids, and even dogs, keeping a peaceful distance from the pups in her foster home. Coco would thrive in a space where her new family is patient and supportive, helping her gain confidence as she adapts to new surroundings. She enjoys having cozy, quiet spots to retreat to as she becomes more adventurous. Keep in mind that Coco Jones has tested positive for Feline Leukemia, a viral condition that requires she lives with other FeLV+ cats. However, she gets along well with other animals!
