About Black Magic
Click apply to start the adoption process. Black Magic is pure magic! This quiet, calm, and sweet gentleman absolutely loves gentle head rubs and will nudge your hand with his nose the moment you pause. Before long, he'll be rolling onto his back for belly rubs, purring contentedly and kneading biscuits, sometimes even lifting his little tail to show his happiness. He's a laid-back and affectionate cat who takes his time getting comfortable in new surroundings, but once settled, he'll squirm and wiggle his whole body to get as many pets as possible. Black Magic is the ultimate snuggler—happy to cuddle for hours and always respectful and mellow in any home environment. All he wants is a quiet, cozy space with people who appreciate his gentle spirit and lovable personality. If you're seeking a companion to bring you serene, heartwarming moments, Black Magic just might charm you completely. Black Magic has tested positive for Feline Leukemia (FeLV). FeLV is a virus that can affect the immune system and can mean a shorter lifespan, but "FeLVies" are otherwise just like other cats. His adoption fee is waived, and FeLV-related treatment and support are provided following adoption. Black Magic can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are perfectly fine as roommates! The knowledgeable team is available to answer any questions about FeLV care. All cats from Austin Pets Alive! are spayed or neutered, fully vetted, updated on vaccines, and come with a microchip. Their Cat Behavior Team offers ongoing support for adopters. Fun fact: Born on August 10, Black Magic is a charismatic and confident Leo—get ready for plenty of heart-stealing moments! They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
