About Mikaboshi
Meet Mikaboshi, an incredible young pup with an adventurous backstory. Born on June 14, 2025, in a rescue litter, he was originally named Cthulhu. His early life began amid difficult circumstances after his mother, Nessie, was saved from a challenging situation in Lucerne Valley. Thankfully, that chapter ended, and Mikaboshi found a loving home. Now, due to unforeseen circumstances, his family is sadly seeking a new place for him. Mikaboshi is a striking white shepherd mix with a creamy coat. He’s potty trained, crate trained, leash trained, and rides wonderfully in the car. This smart boy is also neutered and up to date on vaccinations. His intelligence shines through as he knows commands like sit, down, and shake. He thrives on fun training sessions filled with interactive play and puzzle activities. If left bored, his playful spirit may lead him to find mischief—like counter surfing! Mikaboshi gets along well with both children and dogs. His playful enthusiasm might lead him to inadvertently knock over small kids, so supervision is essential. While he may initially seem shy around new adults, treats help him warm up quickly, revealing his goofy and affectionate nature. His adopter is generously including his XL kennel, beds, toys, puzzles, treats, and a six-month supply of Simparica Trio to ease his transition. Right now, we are urgently seeking a foster home for him while we search for an adopter who understands the needs of energetic shepherd mixes. Mikaboshi is not a bad dog; he just needs a little love, patience, and guidance. Could you be the one to give this charming boy the next chapter he deserves?
