About Cooper

Meet Cooper! This young guy arrived at the shelter on July 16 after getting lost on his way home. At just a year old and weighing 58 lbs, he’s a sweet and calm presence, described by volunteers as a total cutie pie. Cooper is dealing with some hair loss that might be allergy-related, but with some loving care and regular baths, he’ll be back to his breathtaking self in no time. It’s a good idea to check in with a vet for a thorough assessment. Though he might know a few simple commands, Cooper preferred to stand tall during his photo sessions. Once settled into a peaceful home, his personality will really shine through! He loves treats, so have some ready for his introduction. Come meet him in Run 412 with ID 20880. Cooper's hopeful for a chance to leave the shelter and sneak into your heart and home. Cooper is current on vaccinations, will be neutered, and has tested negative for heartworms, plus he will be microchipped when adopted. Don’t miss your opportunity to connect with this wonderful boy; he’s eager to find his forever family. This lovely dog is waiting at Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb County. Visit soon!
