He’s a vibrant little guy with a striking merle coat who weighs 38 pounds and proudly gets around on three legs. Despite losing a rear leg due to an accident, Banks has not slowed down one bit. He may just be the fastest tripod you’ll ever meet! Watch him rocket after a tennis ball, pivot with agility, and dash back eagerly, ready for another throw. To him, ball play is life, and his daily dose of vigorous exercise is filled with joy. Banks is well-trained and thrives on routine. He knows commands like sit, down, stay, heel, and so many more. He’s not just a great companion; he also fetches the paper and gives a post-bath shake on cue. His intelligence and eagerness to please shine through, making him a prime candidate for agility or working activities. Affectionate to the core, Banks loves to cuddle and will lean into his people with full devotion. He’s generally friendly with other dogs and warm towards adults. However, he would do best with an experienced pet parent who can guide him through some resource guarding tendencies around food.
