About Gummy
Meet Gummy! This charming 1-year-old Pug weighs 18 pounds and joined us after his previous owner developed allergies and couldn't provide the time he deserves. Spending much of his day in a crate was tough for such an energetic young dog, but he quickly adapted and his joyful personality has truly blossomed. Gummy is a playful bundle who lives for running, chasing toys, and staying active. Whether it's engaging in a game of fetch or exploring the neighborhood on walks, he thrives in an active environment and would love a playful canine sibling to keep pace with him. This little guy is very food motivated, making training a fun experience. He already knows how to "sit" and "down," and likely has more tricks waiting to be discovered, especially if treats are involved. Though initially shy around strangers, Gummy warms up quickly. With a touch of patience, you'll uncover a goofy, affectionate companion eager to be involved in whatever you do. With previous success around children and a friendly demeanor with other dogs, Gummy is ready to leave his crating days behind. Now, he's excited to embark on adventures with a new family.
