Experience has taught him that everyday moments can be delightful, and he’s steadily gaining confidence each day. ChippARR seeks a patient adopter who can understand his journey. He’s doing well with crate training and is learning to be housetrained with a consistent schedule. He loves discovering toys, soft beds, and gentle affection. It’s important that his new family has experience with shy or undersocialized dogs, as he thrives with someone who knows trust takes time to build. He enjoys the company of other dogs and does well with cats. A secure yard or courtyard would be ideal for him to safely explore while growing braver. Given his need for company, a home where someone is present most of the day would suit him best. ChippARR would do well with older, respectful children or in an adult-only environment. With some love and understanding, ChippARR will show you the joy of watching a puppy mill survivor embrace the feeling of being cherished.
