This charming fellow loves to have space to stretch out, especially when he’s relaxing next to his favorite humans. Leo shines as a loyal canine companion, getting along wonderfully with other dogs. He has a knack for announcing when the mail arrives and likes to double as a personal space heater—he’s a cuddly furnace! Like many dogs, storms make him anxious, so he feels safest in his crate during tricky weather. Currently, Leo takes a daily Prozac to feel more comfortable around energetic toddlers, though he happily thrived without it for the first five years of his life. His daily walks are a joy, and he follows every scent along the way. If he spots a squirrel, be ready for a strong pull! But if he caught one, he'd likely just want to be friends; his hunting instincts seem non-existent. Leo is fully house-trained and knows his commands exceptionally well. He even believes he understands English!
