About Flo
Click apply to start the adoption process. Flo is a Retriever/Pointer mix who was saved from a high-volume city shelter just in time, along with her five tiny puppies. Initially found on the shelter’s euthanasia list due to overcrowding, she has since blossomed in her foster home and proven herself to be a wonderful family companion. Flo has been a devoted mother and, now that her pups are grown, she is enjoying her own second chance at life. Full of life and intelligence, Flo weighs around 50-55 pounds and has a fun, active personality. She gets along well with other foster dogs, is very social, and shows a real zest for joining in on any adventure—making her an ideal partner for hikes or long walks. Flo adores people and thrives on human interaction. As much as Flo would love to say hello to everyone, homes with cats are not a match, as she can be overly interested in feline friends. She is looking for an active home where she can share her affectionate nature and playful spirit. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
