Although he was briefly adopted, it didn't work out due to some challenges with another dog. Now back at Cobb Animal Services, Rocky is looking for a forever home where he can finally settle in. Despite everything, he shows a sweet disposition and a willingness to learn, already knowing how to sit for treats. It's clear he craves connection and stability in his life. Potential adopters are encouraged to bring their resident dog for a meet and greet, helping to ensure that Rocky finds a perfect match with his new family. This puppy deserves a chance at a happy, stable future, and he’s ready to join a loving home. He’s waiting in Kennel #86, hoping for a patient family to give him the love he seeks.
