About Dusty
Meet Dusty, a charming little Pug who’s about 4 years old and currently weighs 11 pounds. He’s on a journey to gain weight and should reach around 14 pounds soon, especially with his healthy appetite at mealtime. Dusty has faced some tough challenges; he suffered a jaw injury that required surgery. His upper jaw couldn’t be saved, but the lower portion is healing well, having been wired back together. He’s on a soft diet and is adapting to it quite nicely. Even though he’s recovering from a few issues, including demodex mange, Dusty’s bright spirit shines through. He joyfully embraced his freedom when he was released from the clinic. Thankfully, he’s heartworm negative and already neutered. While he still needs some time to heal, Dusty is ready to find a loving family. His journey to recovery is ongoing, but this little guy shows every sign of a bright future ahead. He’s great with other dogs and just needs your patience and good thoughts during this time. Dusty is looking for a forever home that will support him through his recovery. Ready to fall in love?
