Meet Big Booty Looty. Booty came to us after a complicated start. He was surrendered by a breeder with a bilateral cleft lip and palate, and we suspected he might have hydrocephalus. Early visits brought concerning news about his condition. However, he quickly surprised us all. After consulting a neurologist, we learned that his hydrocephalus can be effectively managed with a simple over-the-counter medication. Three months later, Booty shows no signs of any issues and is thriving. His cleft lip and palate have become non-issues. This little guy has been spoiled and he fully embraces life—all the activities, from lawn games to ice cream sundaes. He thrives on being part of the family and doesn’t like to be left out or crated away. If you want a loyal companion who wants to be involved in everything, Booty is your boy. He loves to help with watering plants and keeping you company in the garden, but like all Frenchies, he’ll need monitored outdoor time during the hotter months. He’s gentle, affectionate, and gets along with everyone—cats, dogs, kids, and adults alike. He loves his bully sticks, balls, and crinkly toys. Though he’s still polishing his potty training skills, he shows great improvement. A little note: Booty loves his food and will eat anything in reach, so be careful to keep treats safe. He’s looking for a family ready to embrace him and his simple medical needs. After all he’s been through, he deserves a happily ever after.
