About Jackson
Meet Jackson, a sweet boy looking for the loving family he deserves. Once a part of the Greek God litter, Jackson's life took a different turn when he was given away. Unlike his siblings, who found their way to rescue, he has faced hardships and is now ready to embrace a brighter future. At just 7 months old, Jackson is a German Shepherd mix weighing in at 26 pounds and steadily gaining. After having lived outdoors and facing malnourishment, he's come a long way and is currently up to date on vaccines. He's set to be neutered once he's at an optimal health level. Despite his rough start, Jackson is incredibly affectionate. He enjoys cuddling, walks, car rides, and playtime with other dogs. A devoted companion, he will gladly follow his humans everywhere. He's crate trained, nearly housetrained, and gets along well with both kids and dogs, although his feelings about cats are still unknown. Jackson is eager to learn and would thrive in a loving home, especially one with another friendly dog to help him master puppy manners and feel secure. He is ready for his forever home on July 31.
