About Leroy

Meet Leroy! This charming 10-year-old bluetick coonhound was surrendered through no fault of his own. He once lived happily with his owner until her battle with cancer changed everything. After moving in with his owner’s brother, Leroy again finds himself searching for a new home, as his new caretaker is dealing with cancer treatment and unable to care for all the senior dogs in the house. Yet, despite his challenges, Leroy stays happy and playful. He still enjoys outdoor adventures, sniffing around, and spreading joy wherever he goes. Leroy is dog friendly and shows signs of being house trained, which makes him a great addition to any family. He’s looking forward to making the most of his golden years, and he hopes to find that special forever home soon. Could that be with you? What are you waiting for? Apply today!
