About Gunther
Gunther is true to his name—a real survivor with more personality than most. At eleven and a half, he's seen more than his fair share of hardship: upper respiratory infection, urinary tract infection, a mess of worms, heartworms, and painful knees. He powered through it anyway, earning his 'warrior' title the hard way. Now that he's back on his feet, Gunther has discovered the joys of afternoon naps and couch time, and a solid meal never hurts either. He has lived around cats; he finds the little ones amusing, though the big ones still give him pause (even warriors have their limits). Gunther is ready for a quieter chapter, craving a person to call his own—someone to share naps and food without the chaos of a crowded house. His birthday falls in late November, which means he's a loyal, good-natured Scorpio. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
