Mesa is a lovely Bichon Frise, currently around 7 years old and weighing 20 lbs. She spent her formative years as a breeder, which has made her a bit shy and cautious around new people. When Mesa first arrived at Fluffy Dog Rescue, she was very nervous and would quickly scurry away when approached. Thankfully, she has shown incredible progress and has started to build her confidence. This sweet girl loves to play with her canine friends and has moments where she gets the zoomies, showing her playful side. Although she may seem timid, she has a charming personality that shines through with time. One of her favorite pastimes is lounging comfortably on a cot, gnawing on a bone. Mesa is low-energy and is perfectly content to relax with some toys. Potential adopters should be patient and understand that Mesa will need time to acclimate to new environments and people. However, the reward of helping her thrive is immeasurable. If you’re in for a gentle and loving companion, consider giving Mesa the stable, understanding home she deserves.
