About Freddie
Meet Freddie, a petite and playful black kitty with a big heart and an even bigger personality. At about 1 year old, she may be small, but she’s bursting with energy and charm. Freddie came to foster care after being found with her siblings in a home crawlspace. While she’s cautious with new faces and situations, Freddie is more social compared to her siblings and has embraced indoor life eagerly. She enjoys being handled and loves attention, though she’s still getting used to her kennel. With time, Freddie is becoming more confident, though sudden movements can still catch her off guard. Freddie thrives in the company of other animals. She adores the resident cats and gets along wonderfully with the dog in her foster home. A home with another friendly cat would make her heart soar, and with proper introductions, she could do well with a dog. Freddie has overcome some health challenges early in life. After being diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), she struggled for a time, but now she’s doing great. She will need to stay on a special diet and have regular vet check-ups to keep her happy and healthy. This sweet girl is looking for a calm and patient home. She will need extra time to build trust, and having a feline friend close to her age will help her adjust. With plenty of active playtime, a quiet environment, and a commitment to her ongoing care, Freddie will shine. Make her next chapter her best one yet. Freddie can’t wait to meet you!
