If you’re looking for a small dog with a big heart, Harmony is eager to hop into your arms and shower you with love! Note that Harmony is an "out of town pet," but arranging transport is easy. Once approved, you can meet her through a scheduled FaceTime session. With a little understanding and patience, she’s ready to shine in her new forever home.
