Meet Curry, previously known as Benji! He’s a playful 3-year-old Mini Poodle mix weighing about 16 lbs, brimming with energy and affection. Although he gets along well with other dogs, he prefers older kids over younger ones. New cat friends are a question mark, but a cat test can be arranged. Curry arrived last week from Texas as an owner surrender. He's adjusting well in his foster home and is working on some behaviors, like jumping on people. Because he can be protective of his bones, crating during meal times and for special treats is a must. Despite his initial hesitance towards the crate, once inside, he's quiet and sleeps soundly through the night. This sweet boy is cuddle-obsessed and loves to snuggle up after a good walk or play session. He’s also picking up leash manners quickly and is receptive to being picked up and held.
