About Maggie

Maggie is a 12-year-old Miniature Poodle mix and the epitome of a loving companion. At 13 lbs, she has a big heart and an even bigger talent for snuggling. One of her favorite pastimes is curling up next to her person, often with her little nose tucked into your chest. She brightens any day with her joyful nature, eagerly running when called and melting into your hands for pets. Enthusiastic about staying active, Maggie enjoys training sessions and mental challenges. She appears to be house trained and can tolerate a crate, even if she'd prefer the comfort of a cozy blanket fort. Though she's aspiring to be the perfect pup, she does have some quirks—particularly her vocal nature towards other dogs during walks. Setting boundaries helps immensely, especially since she tends to get underfoot in her excitement. Maggie does well with respectful older children and might appreciate the company of a confident dog to guide her. However, she loves being the center of attention just as much. If you’re looking for a smart and affectionate companion who fills your life with cuddles and loyalty, Maggie is waiting for you. Maggie is currently being fostered in Mead, Colorado. Adoption requires in-person meetings, as we don’t transport dogs. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
