About Birdie
Birdie is ready for a new home! Brought in as a stray alongside her friend Grimace, they weren't claimed and are now searching for loving families. While it would be wonderful to adopt them together, it’s not a necessity. This sweet girl is a 1-to-2-year-old Border Collie mix, estimated to weigh around 35 lbs. At first, she may appear shy and reserved, but with a little patience, her affectionate nature shines through. Birdie will need some guidance with training, as she tends to freeze on walks when on a leash. However, her gentle demeanor and submissive personality make her a joy to be around. While she seems indifferent toward the other dogs in the shelter, she hasn't encountered any cats yet. Birdie is vaccinated and microchipped, with a spay appointment scheduled for July 23rd. This lovely girl would bring joy to any family. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
