About Laverne
Laverne is currently with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas. This sweet girl and her presumed sister Shirley took some time to adapt to human companionship, arriving heavily pregnant. Unfortunately, Laverne's large litter presented complications, requiring an emergency spay to ensure her safety. Now, at just about 11 months old, Laverne has quickly transformed from a shy pup to a playful and kind-hearted young dog. Her jovial spirit and adorable wriggling bring joy to everyone around her. She keeps her kennel spotless, showing great potential for house training. Gentle on a leash, Laverne enjoys walks close to her people. Her story may have started painfully, but she's ready for brighter days ahead. With her beautifully crossed eyes and affectionate demeanor, Laverne is hoping to find a forever home where she can thrive. Interested in welcoming this lovely girl into your life?
