About Speckles
Speckles is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas, and he's truly a special boy. Rescued after being spotted chasing cars and suffering from malnutrition, he’s now a gentle, fun-loving companion. At about three years old and weighing 50 lbs, he's the perfect medium-sized dog for any family. Speckles has a playful yet calm demeanor, enjoying everything from couch snuggles to soaking up the sun in the backyard. He interacts well with other dogs and has proven to be respectful around cats as well. His energy level is moderate, and while he can be a bit rambunctious around younger kids, he adores them; homes with children aged eight or older would be ideal. Recently, he’s shown that he remembers his house training. While he may need a little bit of polishing on the leash, he certainly makes up for it with his affectionate nature and sense of humor.
