About Venus

Venus is a remarkable cat with a story of resilience. After being left outside by her previous owners, she confidently chose a new family for herself, leading to her rescue. Now, at Cameron Animal Rescue, she’s ready for a loving forever home. This smart and friendly girl is constantly curious about her surroundings. Her striking yellow eyes are always alert, and she actively engages with everything happening around her. Venus would thrive with a window to watch birds and people go by. She loves playing with a variety of toys and doesn’t mind entertaining herself, though she’s also happy to enjoy playtime with people or other cats. While she’s gentle and enjoys attention, she’s just as comfortable doing her own thing. Venus is good with other cats—she prefers play without wrestling—but hasn’t been tested with dogs yet. She's also been well-behaved around calmer children, although her exposure to young ones has been limited. Around three years old, Venus is healthy, spayed, and fully vaccinated. She is FeLV/FIV negative, has been microchipped, and is house trained. Now it’s our turn to find this special girl a forever family who will cherish her unique spirit.
