About Jenkins

Jenkins is a clever Corgi, six years old and weighing about 30 pounds. He excels in fetch and can solve puzzles in mere minutes. With his clever tactics, Jenkins knows he can get you to toss the ball by dropping it right at your feet. He’s also your kitchen helper, happily cleaning up any spills. Jenkins is treat-motivated and loves earning a few Cheerios; he’s mastered commands like sit, down, and shake. After playing, he’ll snuggle right next to you, content to be your perfect little spoon. He’s very vocal about his needs, especially when it’s close to dinner time. While Jenkins has lived with another dog, a past incident left him stressed around other pups, and he has redirected his anxiety toward humans. Due to this, he requires a home without other dogs, which is essential for his well-being, especially with a baby on the way in his current home. Jenkins has had experience living with an older cat, but it's uncertain how he would adapt to new ones. Currently located in Colleyville, TX, Jenkins is available for adoption and can be transported out of state. The process includes a vet check-up, health certificate, and an adoption fee of $300.
