Meet PHILIP! This gentle soul is around 5 months old and weighs 19 lbs. He’s expected to grow to about 35-38 lbs, putting him on the medium side for size. Most likely a poodle/schnauzer mix, his hair isn't the super shedding type. PHILIP embodies the spirit of a happy puppy—playful, affectionate, and sweet. He adores other dogs, and his playful nature shines through when he romps with his siblings in foster care. He has an enjoyable energy level—not hyperactive, but definitely not a couch potato. He has been fantastic with everyone, including children, and embodies the perfect temperament for a family dog. He seems to have a friendly disposition towards cats, making introductions quite feasible. PHILIP even enjoys playing in water, particularly in a kiddie pool. Note that you may see some hair loss on his nose in a few pictures due to minor healing, but it’s nothing to worry about. Currently in Puerto Rico, PHILIP can be easily transported to a variety of airports along the East Coast once adopted.
