Meet Yeti. Yeti is a 1 to 2-year-old Terrier mix, weighing 39 pounds. Don't let his name fool you—this Yeti is a gentle, sensitive soul who finds the world a bit intimidating. He tends to be shy around newcomers, taking his time to warm up to them. Adopters who can respect his pace will be rewarded with a loyal companion who shines once he feels safe. As his confidence grows, you'll witness his worried expression transform to joy, complete with a wagging tail and a sweet demeanor. Yeti is good with other dogs, finding comfort in their company. He does have an old leg injury that adds to his character but doesn’t hold him back from enjoying life. After all he's been through, including the difficulties of shelter life, Yeti yearns for a home where he can finally relax and learn what it means to belong. An adult-only home is ideal for him, as he can be apprehensive around children and unfamiliar faces. Though we affectionately call him Yeti Spaghetti, his heartwarming story deserves a second chance rather than a laugh.
