THIS IS A COURTESY POST: URGENTLY SEEKING A NEW HOME FOR SENIOR BONDED SISTERS. LOCATED IN QUEENS, NY. Dutchess and Petrie are two affectionate, bonded sisters, both approximately 12 years old, who urgently need a new home together. Following the unexpected deaths of all their family members within a short period—first their dad, then James a year later, and finally, his older brother Dennis a few months after that—the dogs are now homeless. Family friends have been caring for them. Unfortunately, these friends must leave their home and cannot take the dogs with them. Despite their age, both girls are sweet, well-trained, and full of love. Dutchess is playful, affectionate, and gets along wonderfully with other animals. Petrie is calm, gentle, and relaxed, although she does experience a little anxiety at times. She is also very friendly with both people and other pets. These sisters have lived together their entire lives, and we hope to find them a safe and loving home where they can remain side-by-side, enjoying their senior years surrounded by love and affection.
