About Everest

Everest is a 6-month-old Labrador Retriever looking for her forever home. Recently rescued from a shelter, she narrowly missed becoming a statistic during the chaotic 4th of July period. Initially found as a stray and without a way to identify her family, she was on a 72-hour notice list when we stepped in. At the shelter, Everest received top scores for temperament, showing relaxed and friendly behavior. However, the transition has left her a bit scared, and she needs a patient adopter to help her settle in. She’s currently on medication for a mild upper respiratory infection but is expected to recover fully. We believe the right environment will help her blossom into the loving companion she’s meant to be. Everest gets along well with other dogs, making her a great addition to any dog-friendly home.
