Meet Penelope, or "Lope" as her friends affectionately call her. This charming, energetic girl is on the hunt for her forever home and is sure to steal your heart with her sweet demeanor and infectious enthusiasm. Lope brings a joyful wiggle to everything she does and embraces life with an energy that will keep you smiling. Lope thrives on human interaction and is always ready to accompany you on any outing—be it a car ride or a cozy evening at home. She’s a bit of a social butterfly, truly loving people and forming loyal bonds. A clever girl, she’s already mastered using the doggie door, making life that much easier for her new family. Keep in mind, Lope has that adorable pittie/husky vocalization you’ll love, but she’s best suited to a home with children aged 12 and over due to her exuberance. Currently in foster care in Colorado Springs, she is spayed, vaccinated, and house trained, ready to be your new best friend. Click apply to start the adoption process.
