About Sunny

Sunny is a 3-year-old female Jindo and Corgi mix with a gentle heart. Rescued just before euthanasia in South Korea after giving birth to her puppies, Sunny has come a long way from her early days of fear and uncertainty. She is ready to find a loving home where her sweet spirit can truly shine. Initially shy, Sunny bonds well with adults and children alike, especially when approached softly with treats. She’s friendly towards dogs of all sizes, showing a calm demeanor, while being indifferent to cats. As for housetraining, she is mostly reliable but may require a little time to adjust to new surroundings. Sunny enjoys walks and handles herself well on a leash with gentle encouragement. It's important to note that she may feel uneasy in loud or unfamiliar settings, but she quickly settles down with reassurance. Her ideal home is patient, understanding, and provides a tranquil environment to help her build confidence. As a reminder, Sunny is living in a foster home in Korea and will need to be transported to the U.S. Unfortunately, this means that in-person meet-and-greets cannot be arranged. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will fill your home with love, Sunny just might be the one you’ve been waiting for! Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
