Hugo, a handsome Anatolian Shepherd, is finally discovering what it means to feel safe and loved. Hugo embodies the essence of a gentle giant. He has a calm and affectionate nature, cherishing the company of people of all ages. Whether it's a friendly greeting or quiet cuddles on the couch, Hugo thrives when close to his humans, relishing hugs, kisses, and belly rubs. One of his favorite activities is stretching out in the yard, peacefully watching the world go by. He’s content soaking up the fresh air and observing life around him. Hugo has also enjoyed the company of other dogs, happily making friends while sharing walks and playtime. Inside the house, Hugo is truly a dream. He is quiet, well-behaved when left alone, and a joy to take on car rides. Everyday noises don’t bother him, and he enjoys his daily brushing sessions. Despite being a tripod, he navigates walking and running with ease, eager to explore the scenery, especially grass patches! Hugo is intelligent and sensitive, forming strong bonds with his people. He occasionally nudges for attention and has never been aggressive; he simply wants to share love. He deserves a family that sees beyond his past struggles and appreciates the wonderful dog he is today. After enduring life on the streets, Hugo seeks a forever family that will provide him with comfort and unconditional love.
