About Davey
Davey may come off as shy, but beneath those cautious eyes lies a remarkably sweet soul. Rescued from a trailer alongside dozens of unsocialized cats, he initially found the outside world overwhelming. Month after month, Davey has been learning to trust people, discovering that they can be kind and loving. Now residing in the Lap Cat Lounge, he's making daily progress. While he prefers slow introductions, trusted humans know that a back scratcher is the quickest way to win him over. Before long, Davey will roll in delight, soaking up affection. He's in search of a patient family who will cherish the small victories in his journey. Earning the trust of a cat who has faced his fears is rewarding. Though he would love to be adopted with his best buddy Peter Tiger, Davey can also thrive in a supportive home that lets him grow at his own pace. Sometimes, the quietest cats have the biggest hearts. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
