Meet Sampson, also known as Sammy-Boy or Sam-sam. This large, lovable mixed breed puppy is 11 months old and weighs in at a solid 80+ pounds. Despite his size, he’s a gentle giant who loves to crawl into your lap for cuddles. Sampson came to the shelter in late June when his former family found it challenging to care for both him and a new baby. While he misses them, he’s eagerly searching for his forever home where he can be the best boy. Sampson is friendly with dogs, but he has shown a bit too much interest in cats, so a home without them might be best. If you have kids or dogs already, it’d be great to arrange a meet-and-greet to see if they click. He is both potty trained and crate trained, making him easy to settle in!
