Meet Celina, an affectionate 2-4 year old Shih Tzu with a goofy personality. This happy-go-lucky girl believes everyone is her friend. Though she came to the shelter in rough shape, requiring a shave due to matting, don't let that discourage you—her beautiful coat will grow back before you know it! Celina gets along fabulously with both dogs and children, making her a perfect addition to any family. She is already spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Celina is ready to take that step into her forever home. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
