His coat was matted when he arrived, but it was clear beneath it all was a healthy, happy boy who has experienced love. Caesar is already neutered and seems to be house trained. Friendly, gentle, and eager for attention, Caesar would thrive in a family that understands the grooming and care his coat needs. He does have some guarding tendencies, so a home without children or other dogs would be best. Adopters should be ready to provide him with the space he needs while giving him plenty of affection.
