Meet Tango, a unique barn cat looking for a special home. Rescued from a large hoarding situation with over 130 animals, he’s not your average cuddly cat. Tango is quite timid and prefers to observe from a distance. He’ll often scurry to safety when he detects human presence, seeking out high spots where he can feel secure. Tango thrives in environments that offer plenty of hiding spots, allowing him to retreat when he feels overwhelmed. He enjoys quiet naps on soft blankets when no one is watching. While many barn cats do well in pairs, Tango's independent nature makes him perfectly content on his own or with a friendly companion nearby. An ideal placement for him would be a barn where he can roam free, receive daily care, and help control pests. He’s already spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, making him ready for his next adventure. If you think you can provide Tango the loving barn environment he needs, don’t hesitate to reach out!
