Hugo is an Anatolian Shepherd who embodies the gentle giant spirit; his calm demeanor and affectionate nature allow him to connect easily with people of all ages. Whether encountering you for the first time or snuggling on the couch, he finds his happiest moments simply being by your side. He adores hugs, belly rubs, and spending quality time with his human friends. One of his favorite things to do? Stretching out in the yard, soaking up the sun while keeping an eye on the world. He's not only good company but enjoys interacting with other dogs, having spent time peacefully playing and relaxing with his four-legged friends. Inside the house, Hugo is a dream. He's calm, can be left alone without issue, and rides well in the car. Everyday sounds don’t faze him, and he appreciates a good grooming session. Despite being a tripod, he walks and runs with ease, especially when there’s a patch of grass calling his name. He loves to explore, and the sight of another person or dog encourages him to keep moving. Smart and sensitive, Hugo is already exhibiting the loyal nature his breed is known for, often wanting to stay close to his foster mom for attention.
