About Kurt
Meet Kurt! This handsome pup came to us as a stray after being tied up at a local park. While we’re not sure why someone abandoned him, he’s ready to start a new chapter in his life. Kurt can be a bit reserved with strangers, which is typical for his breed mix, but he’s opening up more every day. As a young and energetic dog, Kurt thrives in active environments. He would be happiest with a family experienced in handling Akitas or German Shepherds, though this isn’t a strict requirement. It’s important for Kurt to be in a home without young children. He gets along well with other dogs and could benefit from having a playmate at home. If you have other pets, a meet and greet is recommended to ensure everyone gets along. If you’re interested in meeting Kurt, please check out the adoption form on fairfieldcountydogs.com. This could be the start of an exciting journey together!
