About Smokey

Smokey is a six-and-a-half-year-old Domestic Long Hair looking for a fresh start after losing his home and family. This handsome boy was once adored and has many qualities that make him a great companion. He spent most of his life outdoors, but he transitioned well into indoor living and learned to enjoy the comforts of home. Smokey thrived in a cozy setting, getting along with two kitty siblings, playing for the first time, and loving his soft beds. Although he’s feeling a bit grumpy after recent changes, a patient adopter can help him decompress and return to his mellow self. Smokey prefers a quiet household, as he might not do well with children. He seems to have impeccable litter box habits and tolerates other cats well. Smokey has been neutered, microchipped, is up to date on all vaccines, and is FeLV/FIV negative. He would benefit from a peaceful home where he can adjust at his own pace. Could you be the hero he needs?
