About Dixie

Dixie is a charming 11-year-old dilute orange female Domestic Long Hair. This lovely cat has spent the last eight years as an indoor-only companion, making her well-suited for a quieter environment without other cats. She’s had a tough break, losing her family, and is ready for a fresh start. Dixie prefers human company over feline friends, although a calm dog might be acceptable. Sweet and curious, she takes a little time to warm up, especially with new faces. Once you earn her trust, she’ll nuzzle into you, especially while lounging on the couch or bed. Chasing her favorite balls and engaging with her wand toy provides her with joy. She adores gentle ear rubs and enjoys being pampered with massages using a grooming glove. Temptations cat treats are her weakness, and they’re a sure way to win her affection. Will you give Dixie the loving home she deserves?
