About Auston
Auston is a lively, lovable young pup with a vibrant personality. Weighing around 38 lbs, this medium-sized male is roughly 10 months old and likely a mix of Australian Kelpie and husky. His social nature shines as he enjoys spending time with both humans and dogs. Auston delights in his morning walks through the neighborhood, takes pleasure in car rides, and loves playing fetch. He should ideally have a playful canine companion to join him in his adventures, and he's particularly fond of visits to the dog park where he can run free and mingle. While he's a happy, energetic boy, Auston is still polishing his manners. He can get a bit mouthy and tends to jump for attention when excited, so he will benefit from ongoing positive training. With the right guidance from a loving family, he can transform into the wonderful adult dog he’s meant to be. Auston has interacted well with children but given his enthusiastic jumpy nature, we recommend a home with older, dog-savvy kids who can handle his energy. If you’re looking for an adventurous and affectionate best friend who’ll be ready to accompany you on walks, hikes, and all sorts of outings, Auston is eager to join your family.
