Zanaree is up to date on vaccinations, and her playful and energetic nature makes her a great companion for someone who enjoys adventure. Currently located in Des Moines, IA, she has a wonderful character and is ready to find her loving home.
About Zanaree
Zanaree is part of our special Missed Connections club, patiently waiting for her forever home. This lively girl knows how to entertain herself, and a squeaky plush toy will keep her busy as she flings it around. She adores giving kisses, sitting between your legs, and rolling over for some much-deserved pets. Outdoors, she's in her element, taking in the sights and smells while she digs through her toy bin. She's a clever pup who loves treats and already knows commands like sit and down, with her family working on stay and shake. Zanaree is energetic and curious, enjoying adventures in the car. Though she has been a bit reserved around new people, her confidence has really blossomed in her foster home, where she's made many friends. She did fantastic at a recent baseball game, happily accepting pets from admirers. She's been good with school-age children and loves their attention, but may do best with older kids who understand her need for space. Zanaree has excelled in playgroups with various dogs and may benefit from having a like-minded dog friend in her new home—introductions are recommended.
