About Mars

Meet Mars! Mars is a sweet and young pup, ready to find her forever home. After spending time in foster care, her fosters couldn't sing enough praises about her delightful personality. Along with her endearing qualities showcased at the shelter, it’s clear she’s a pretty perfect companion. Mars is devoted to being your best friend most of the time, but she definitely has a playful side too. Watching her romp with her toy is sure to brighten your day! Weighing around 50 lbs, Mars is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, and microchipped. While she’s working on being housebroken, she's getting better with a routine, although she might have the occasional accident. She's crate-trained and comfortable staying in her crate for over four hours. Mars enjoys walks and behaves well on a leash. She gets along well with doggy friends but would also be happy as the only dog in the home. While she's learning to coexist with cats and has mostly been fine around them, she can sometimes be a bit too playful. Mars is best suited for older kids, specifically those aged 13-18. She thrives on friendly interactions, car rides, and playing games — but she’s not fond of rudeness. Ready to meet Mars? Click apply to start the adoption process.
