Muggs is an adorable little sweetheart! At 4 years old, this chihuahua mix weighs in at 8.6 pounds. You'll notice he has one eye, either due to an injury or underdevelopment, but don't be fooled; he sees just fine. Playful and friendly, he loves relaxing on a pillow and is always ready for some belly rubs. Muggs enjoys following his foster parents around the house and has a great bond with his canine foster brother. He tends to avoid the cats, likely because they're bigger than he is! If you have other pets, a meet and greet is required to ensure everyone gets along. He's accustomed to a fenced yard in his foster home and would love to have one of his own. You can visit Muggs on Saturdays from 10-2 at Dogs Forever, located at 809 Rockford Rd SW in Cedar Rapids.
