About Millie
Millie is a wonderful dog looking for a loving home where she can gain confidence and receive plenty of affection. At around 30 lbs and 3 years old, she is the perfect petite companion with a calm and cuddly demeanor. She walks well on a leash and remains non-reactive to other dogs, although she can be quite alert during walks, taking time to observe her surroundings. Millie is dog-friendly, though she hasn't yet met any cats and does show some interest in birds and squirrels. With a medium energy level, she enjoys engaging with her environment but is also content to relax. Treats are her motivation, and she takes them gently. While she does tend to eat quickly, she doesn’t guard her food. Millie enters her crate without issue and, although she may cry a bit, she settles down quickly and sleeps soundly through the night. She remains calm and quiet at home and is open to meeting new people. Currently, she is working on housebreaking, and her coat would benefit from some consistent care and pampering.
