About Cindy Lou Arriving

Cindy Lou Arriving is a sweet little lady searching for a warm lap in which to enjoy her golden years. She is blind and will thrive in a home that offers patience and love. Cuddling is her favorite pastime over playtime, and you can count on her to happily accompany you to the kitchen anytime! Cindy Lou is gentle and friendly, showing affection to everyone she meets. While she hasn't interacted with children directly, her foster believes she would be suitable for kids older than 10 who can be gentle with her. Sheโ€™s a quiet companion, making her a good fit for a home with shared walls. Keep in mind, sheโ€™ll need some assistance with housetraining. As she prepares for her arrival in Minnesota from Texas on July 11, 2026, Cindy Lou will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN. She is currently only available through the Foster to Adopt Program, so interested adopters should plan accordingly. Her new family will be required to transport her for any further veterinary care needed once she arrives. Cindy Lou is ready to share her love โ€” will you be the one to welcome her home?
