Meet Kovu Lupin, a handsome Australian Shepherd and Blue Heeler mix. This remarkable three-year-old boy, born deaf, has a heart full of love and an eagerness to please. Kovu will stick to your side like glue, often looking to regulate the activity of other animals, so he thrives best as the only dog in the household. Despite his high herding instincts, Kovu enjoys a close bond with his human companions. He knows some basic hand signals and is house and crate trained. Kovu is not recommended for homes with children, as he can be overly protective during play. An ideal home for him would be one with adults who appreciate his unique personality. He loves car rides and has the potential to be an excellent hiking buddy. Kovu is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, ready for his forever home.
